Courtney is one of the kindest, humble, customer-focused people I know. I had the privilege to work with him at a division of Magna International where he provided exceptional food service to employees and put together some of the most wonderful food presentations for our team building events. I have also hired Courtney’s Catering Services on more than one occasion for my personal functions. The food is spectacular in both taste and presentation; and he is generous with the portions provided. Guests were raving about his food for weeks following my events that he assisted me with… and if you need a cake for any occasion, his strawberry shortcake with customized decorations is second to none!
