Courtney is one of the kindest, humble, customer-focused people I know. I had the privilege to work with him at a division of Magna International where he provided exceptional food service to employees and put together some of the most wonderful food presentations for our team building events. I have also hired Courtney’s Catering Services on more than one occasion for my personal functions. The food is spectacular in both taste and presentation; and he is generous with the portions provided. Guests were raving about his food for weeks following my events that he assisted me with… and if you need a cake for any occasion, his strawberry shortcake with customized decorations is second to none! Nadine K2024-03-04Was specifically there for an event at the hall in the hotel, the restaurant catered it. Delicious food, well seasoned, service was excellent... The staff were courteous and helpful. Appetizers and main course were brought out in a timely manner, coconut shrimp were delicious and coconutty and crispy; The spring rolls were perfect. The mango kale salad was absolutely delicious, highly recommend getting that. The jerk chicken was extremely delicious - - often times I shy away from eating jerk chicken, because a lot of people don't do it well (I'm Jamaican, so my standards are high lol), but I absolutely recommend the jerk chicken here. You can't go wrong with anything here really.

The food was well-prepared and well-presented, and the flavours were rich. There were a lot of options to choose from… and it was all complimented by great customer service. Highly recommended!
BoBo Fett2024-02-25We stayed at the Best Western hotel attached and had dinner and breakfast. An outstanding experience. Everything was well prepared and fresh. Very good flavour. Had a minor issue which was cleared up immediately. This is what customer service used to be when I was a kid. These people know how to serve customers. We will be back the next time we stay down south. As we are from Northern Ontario. We ordered Caribbean food. Oxtail=good. Rice and peas = good. Fried plantains = good. Side salad = fresh, light and exciting. I’m saying good but I mean great. Breakfast was also good. We had a veggie omelette and blueberry pancakes. This is normal white boy food. And it was good as well. Good sized portions. Took me twice to finish the oxtail and rice. Do yourself a favour. Don’t sleep on Journeys. We took it to our room. They use very good quality take away containers. Not flimsy garbage.
